Q: Which payment method do you offer?

A: PayPal for international order now.
Q: How long will it take to reach my place?
A: 7-14 working days with regular post. But it might take longer.
Q: How much does it cost & which shipping method you offer?
Regular post fee varies from country to country and additional fee $0.25 will be added for each item added to compensate weight. If you are ordering stickers/prints, select 'Mix' choice to lessen your additional shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for the custom fees in their own country.
If you're outside the zones please contact me directly & I can check it for you.
Q: What if my package is lost? 
A: Sometimes, it's stuck in the custom or the shipping warehouse. If after 2-3 months after the date of your package is sent you still don't get any items, please contact me at [email protected]
However, if the shipping is lost due to the courier's fault, I cannot do refund.
Q: Wrong address & package is returned! Can I get a refund?
Refund is only available if there's no mistake in your address & item is returned to sender not due to buyer's mistake. 
Please ensure you've written a full address complete with phone number!
 
TERMS OF TRANSACTION
1. (Preorder only) By buying, you agree to follow the period of preorder. Please only buy the items if you're willing to wait for the preorder time. Usually it took 1-2 months to finish the production (not including packaging+shipping time).
2. No cancellation/refund after payment is made. If items took longer to ship than expected, I will send you email regarding the delay. Your patience is very appreciated. You're free to refund the item if production isn't finished by then. You cannot refund item that is already shipped (except if it's returned).
3. Refund of lost item: shipping money cannot be refunded, but I can refund the items that is returned. If item is lost and package isn't returned to me I cannot do a full refund because the delivery isn't in my control.
4. Damaged goods: I will ensure the packaging is safe for a long trip. In case the goods inside is damaged during the delivery I can't refund money due to courier's mistake.
5. Failure of production: if the production is cancelled I will do a full refund to you.
